Minha esposa e eu nos divertimos muito aqui, fugindo do frio do Texas. Muito perto da bela praia (2-3 minutos a pé) e a equipe sempre nos cumprimentou e nos fez sentir bem-vindos. As a Titanium Elite I naturally love Marriott but my experience at the Marriott Stanton, South Beach left my family underwhelmed. Not awful but when paying $7,000+ for two rooms for five nights, I expected far more from the facilities and services. Some examples: the refrigerator was frozen over (although quickly replaced by a very nice engineer) but wondering why someone didn’t check it before check in. The air conditioner in our “renovated” rooms kept the room fairly cool but couldn’t manage the humidity. You could feel the moisture on your skin and clothes didn’t dry. It was impossible to get one of the few seats at the swimming pool and we gave up trying. Hotels we viewed from our window had chairs in more abundance. The service experience was mixed but not up to par. I called the Manager’s office and they promised me a return my call but predictably never did. I wanted to surprise my kids with flowers in their room, but the staff wouldn’t put the flowers in their room and insisted on leaving it at the front desk. Then when my kids tried to get the flowers from the front desk the person in charge of storage wasn’t available. End of surprise. I can go on but won’t. The Stanton had super premium pricing for a far less than premium experience. Most staff members were very nice and tried hard. My point is just that when you are paying astronomical pricing you expect more- and hotels nearby seem like a lot better bet when we return to Miami Beach next year.

My wife and I had a great time here getting away from the Texas cold. Very close to beautiful beach (2-3 minute walk) and the staff always greeted us and made us feel welcome. The rooms were luxurious and big, and they had balconies where I could hear ocean. Being on Ocean Drive and close to all the top restaurants makes this location unbeatable. For the price, I thought it was a very good deal.

This hotel was probably one of my least favorite Marriott experiences and I am a very loyal Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. You are truly paying for the central location because the hotel is in popular South Beach, Miami. The beach was wonderful and the hotel restaurant and beach staff were great. However, the front desk staff was very disappointing. There was constantly a line in the lobby and when I checked in at 12:30pm I had to wait an hour and a half for my room to be ready. Once we were in the room, the shower would consistently flood the bathroom floor and there was a lot of wear and tear in general in the hotel room. One of the bathroom lights was out and the other made a strange noise. The bedding was dingy and the pillows and mattress weren’t very comfortable. Lastly, this was my first trip away from my 4 month old son so I was pumping and storing the breast milk and they refused to help me freeze it at the hotel. They said they would send up a fridge that had a freezer (that never came) and the woman at the front desk said that she would only take the ice packs to freeze if the fridge with freezer never arrived. It was very disappointing and upsetting for me as a new, breastfeeding mother.

We stayed here for two nights before our cruise for our honeymoon. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. The staff was the most friendly and accommodating we had seen. Lolas was delicious and quick. We spent some time on the beach where the great service continued. It is located in a quieter spot of south beach which was perfect for us. We definitely plan to be back!

Um estabelecimento Marriott muito agradável em uma excelente localização. Minutos a pé de qualquer restaurante ou atrações principais. As comodidades dos quartos não são novas, mas considerando que você passará seu tempo fora, os quartos são ótimos! Todos são simpáticos e há um Starbucks logo ao lado do lobby. Over priced. Room is small, no snacks provided. Beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are hard and flat. I've stayed in better 3 star hotels.Worst part is you can hear everything. You hear the neighbors, people in the hallway, and people outside. I heard my neighbors TV for hours, loud music, loud maids slamming doors all morning.I came in on business and had to work long 12+ hour days on very little sleep. Absolutely ridiculous. There is zero noise protection in this entire building. I would never stay here again.

Overall this was a fun mini vacation for my family and another family. In total we had 5 kids. The service was good and the property was clean. Great location! Unfortunately, we were reprimanded at the pool ( noon) because the kids were being too loud. If a property is not adults only, they should expect kids will play in the pool and be kids! I would avoid it if you have children . I will not be back.

Excellent stay. The service on the beach was phenomenal, special mention to Ronny for good service. We would always get a busy signal if we tried to call the front desk- but it was easy enough to go down there. It was in a quiet part of town but close to things. The pool was great and never super busy. If the chairs are all claimed at the pool then the staff will call you when some open up, usually within 10-15 minutes. You pay extra for an umbrella at the beach or a daybed on the beach. The room came with a small fridge, which was nice.

A very nice Marriott property in a great location. Minutes walking to any restaurant or major attractions. Room amenities are not new by any stretch but considering you will be spending your time outside, the rooms are just fine! Everyone is friendly and there is a Starbucks right off the lobby. Good exercise room and pool. Enjoy your business or vacation trip here.

Great location! Rooms are decent...but definitely well within the acceptable range. Also, much appreciate the honesty of the staff...the valet backed the car into a cement wall...and they were upfront to take care of everything. I like that.

The hotel is in a great location on South Beach with an ocean view and a short walk to the beach. So many great restaurants within walking distance and a paved path to walk or bicycle along the ocean. Alex at the front desk helped make ourstay even better.He was friendly, kind, helpful and so knowledgeable.Roland fixed our bicycles and closet issue.Lolo's restaurant, on site, is fantastic from the food to the food servers, especially Vishal. The room was perfect for tow and loved our balcony view.Nice large bathroom too, lots of space and large shower. Only complaint is the fans or air units on the 2nd floor are loud.I highly recommend this hotel.

UPDATE TO MY LAST REVIEWI asked the front desk to service the room. They did.. I came back to the same bloody comforter, meaning housekeeping never changed the comforter as I was promised, meaning ANOTHER trip down to the front desk. After speaking to the front desk manager, she called quality control to make a report and comped our resort fees for 3 days. Honestly nothing can make up for a bloody comforter.I am laying in bed and noticed a dried up contact lense on our bed side table. This place is just gross.. I really have nothing else to say. I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a Marriott again.. I had a reservation booked at the spa but cancelled because I don’t want to give this place any more money.Marriot really ruined a highly anticipated vacation. I’m just so upset and can’t wait to get out of here

Se hospedado por uma noite e teve um grande - a equipe aqui são muito aconchegantes e confortáveis! Fomos atualizados na chegada, recebemos duas margaritas de boas-vindas gratuitas e, quando as bicicletas gratuitas estavam sendo usadas, eles nos deram vouchers Starbucks gratuitos. O lobby é bem decorado e o hotel está bem localizado - a uma curta caminhada da praia, perto o suficiente dos principais bares / restaurantes, mas longe o suficiente do caos para que você não tenha nenhum barulho. Apenas as desvantagens são a área da piscina tem ~ 20-25 espreguiçadeiras que enchem, os quartos são bastante padrão, mas fazem o truque, e nosso quarto estava localizado perto da unidade HVAC principal que bloqueou o som das ondas da varanda.

Stayed for one night and had a great time - the staff here are very welcoming and accommodating! We were upgraded upon arrival, received two free welcome margaritas, and when the free bikes were being used they gave us free Starbucks vouchers. The lobby is well decorated and the Hotel is well located - short walk to the beach, close enough to the main strip bars/restaurants but far enough away from the chaos so you don’t get any of the noise. Only downsides are the pool area has ~20-25 lounge chairs that fill up, the rooms are pretty standard but do the trick, and our room was located near the main HVAC unit which blocked the sound of waves from the balcony.

Outstanding ocean front location.. right on the beach and few blocks from beautiful art decor center, dining and dance clubs. Hotel staff is top notch customer friendly and alwayswilling to help the customers. Rooms , facilities, Pool, spa are very well maintained.The reason for taking out one star is their onsite Lola’s surf cantina restaurant’s poor service towards Marriott elite members. Marriott guests get complementary breakfast at Lola’s , but the guests get least preference and all the attention goes out to others. I gave this feedback to their manager but received poker response only.

A hotel with a gorgeous view of the south beach and the ocean. Two pools and a hot tub provide relaxation. The rooms are comfortable and the balconies are secluded from prying eyes.

The Marriott Stanton South Beach on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach is a cool place to stay by the beach that is in the middle of everything. I really like the location and that is in within walking distance to so much. I like the atmosphere and vibe of everything here and it is very relaxing. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that you have everything that you need for the best stay.

Venue is starting to show its age, but they are doing active improvements. Access to the boardwalk, access way is very convenient. Drinks are extremely expensive. Staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful.

Decent hotel on south Beach. Room was a bit on the small side, but modern with a balcony with an ocean view. Bathroom was modern but again a bit on the small side. Nice pool overlooking the ocean and hotel is right on the beach.

Stayed here with a buddy over Labor Day weekend. Service was phenomenal. S/o to Alex at the front desk, very kind man. He was helpful and quickly addressed any of our needs. We will be back next year. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. I had ordered an Amazon package to the hotel and they did a great job managing my item and had it for me once it arrived. The rooms are spacious and the wi-fi is strong. We were upgraded to a lovely ocean view double. Can't beat the Marriott brand!

This is the only place we stay when we come to South Beach and I highly recommend it! It’s far enough away from the late night (loud) spots but close enough to walk to all the action. The pool and beach area are also amazing perks, and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean. Views are great. What are you waiting for?

Whatever you do don't loose or misplace your room key and try to get into the hotel after 11pm as the security guards will harass you.My wife and kids were up in the room and I was out for a business dinner but they were almost not going to let me back in.They made me feel very uncomfortable and because of this we will not be staying at this Hotel again.Much, much better training is required.Everything else at the hotel was pretty good especially the front desk service and location.

Good location, it's further down ocean drive but a quick 5 minute walk brings you to restaurants. It's oceanfront which is a plus.The room is very small.Bathroom was adequate, along with the patio.Patios are semi private, you definitely can hear others and if you stand you can see directly into neighboring rooms.Parking is almost $50 a day and only valet parking offered. You really don't need a car though.Resort fee covers daily usage of chairs and towels on beach.There is a Starbucks connected to the hotel.Overall, not worth the expensive price tag.

We stayed one night at the Moxy, which is cool, but didn't suit our needs. So, we picked the Stanton and were not disappointed. Alex at the front desk was super friendly and helped us arrange our stay. He picked the perfect room for us too. In fact, every staff member we encountered was kind and attentive. So many nice things about this hotel including the room was a nice size to accommodate our family, the restaurant on site was delicious, the location is great, the pool and beach access are well maintained. **Edit** the above review was prior to encountering the weekday staff who are polar opposite of the weekend crew we interacted with the majority of our stay. The crew we encountered on the last day of our stay had an entirely different attitude and approach which is a bummer because we enjoyed our stay very much up until that point. So, I guess don't book here for weekday stays?

I stayed in this hotel for four nights while visiting my girlfriend, and I was not disappointed! Its location is fantastic, being a 5-minute walk to the mall and about a 10-minute walk to Casino. The rooms are quite basic but very clean, and the beds are so comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, especially the cleaners, who we got chatting to daily and they were able to give us some really good tips on where to go for food and drinks. I would stay here again!

Hotel is in a great location. The front desk associate, Alex was awesome. He was very nice and displayed excellent customer service. The young guy on the beach, Randy was also are and friendly. The hotel was clean. The only issue I have is that I think for the price I paid for the room, it should have offered more and beenbigger. It actually looked like a regular room. Just a bed and a bathroom. For the nightly fee you would think it would have a sitting area besides the bedroom. Other than that my stay was good.

This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. Amazing hotel. All employees are always friendly. One of the managers named Rachel is always on top of customers with issue always making sure customers are happy. She is always on top of employees. The Hotel is so clean. Which is why we keep coming to this hotel.

Es un hotel muy cercano a la playa y con un gran encanto por su diseño y tamaño. Nada tiene que ver con esos enormes hoteles impersonales. Yo pasé un par de días fantásticos y lo recomendaría sin dudarlo a todo aquel que busque un hotel acogedor.
