“This is a nicely updated with plentiful parking and easy access to the highway. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom hadn’t been fully cleaned when they checked me in, but they came to take care of the issue right away.”

“Very unfriendly staff. I wanted some milk one night and was refused. I walked across the street to a Hampton Inn, explained my issue and they GAVE me two at no charge. Also, the restaurant and bar were closed. At 200 dollars per night, it was one of the worst hotel deals I ever made. The clerk on duty, initials MP, was in real need of some training. TERRIBLE. Next stay in Livermore will be at the Hampton. Hilton should reevaluate their inadequate staff and provide the best service possible for their customers, especially charging too much”
