“Excellent location. Has a posh vibe but the standard room is a bit outdated Heavy furniture and wobbly floor. On the other hand very comfortable bed and strong shower. A bit noisy as not great isolation from the doors and you can hear everything from the corridor. Staff helpful but a bit messy at checkout with lots of discrepancies in the bill. Of course they rectified everything on the spot but I had to hear 3 different bills before the correct one”

“Lobby and location are nice. Rooms are falling apart. Service could've made up for it but was not responsive - and generally not well put together. Basic needs like towels and room service were treated like mind bending puzzles that they couldn't translate.”
