Terrible staff, people at the front desk seemed grumpy and very short with you so I tried to not ask them anything unless I really needed to. After checking out I realized I left clothes in the closet, I called several times and was told they have a lost and found but no one would go check, would take a message but not call back. Finally I get someone to check and she said my items were not there. So where did they go??? And no one seems to care. I guess it's finders keepers not lost and found.

I just checked into my room at 2:00am it was disgusting. I went back to the front desk and there was no one there, I had to walk around the lobby for 10 minutes literally yelling hello is anyone here. Finally somebody came out and gave me a different room, and while this one didn’t have towels on the floor, Semen stains on the couch, and the beds are made. There is a giant on identifiable red stain in the middle of the floor.

Super convenient location for visiting all the parks; early mid-way between Universal and Disney. Our 2-queen bed corner room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was long and narrow and a larger sink would have been nicer but it was bright, clean, and good enough for us. The lobby/front desk area is nice, bright, and modern. It was a great value!

The hotel was great. Very clean and staff was wonderful. Check in was quick and was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from home. Highly recommend this hotel will be returning soon.

Excellent customer service, friendly and accommodating staff. James made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed. When asked for early check in and late check out, got it without any hassle. Rooms were very clean, well appointed, spacious with kitchen and big fridge. Good looking bathroom and very comfortable bed with nice linens. Well decorated lobby. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay. We’ll be back

Otimo hotel, a dez minutos de carro dos parques da Disney, otimo cafe da manha com variedades de ovos mexidos, sucos, pães, cereais, waffer, cafe, tem mesa para sentar, tem piscina, lavanderia, salao de jogos, salas para convenção, recepção 24 horas, o estacionamento é pago, recebem compras feitas pela internet, tem onibus que te leva para a Disney tem que se informar de preços na recepção, serviço de camareira diariamente, tem acessibilidade, os quartos possui geladeria com freezer, armarios e utensilios de cozinha, fogao estilo cook top, pia, lavadora de louças, o banheiro é amplo chuveiro muito bom, tem shampoo, sabonete liquido e condicionador, toalhas, secador de cabelo, ferro, tabua de passar roupa, televisão com acesso a internet, tem wifi, é proximo do novo Outlet Vineland apenas 2km, tem varias lojas tambem como Ross, Fivebelow, Burlington, tem Cicis pizza proximo, mc donalds

Stayed here for 2 evenings whilst in Orlando for a conference. Beautiful suites and a very modern building with all the mod cons that are needed. Nice swimming pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Excelente hotel! Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y grandes, ideal para ir con niños. La pileta está muy buena y la atención del personal es maravillosa. Tiene un mercado donde se pueden comprar algunas cosas. La ubicación está excelente. Lo recomiendo muchísimo. La tranquilidad y la comodidad del hotel son muy buenas. El desayuno es muy rico y variado.
