Atendimento excelente, bom chuveiro, apartamento pequeno porem próximo a tudo.

O lugar está em uma ótima, ótima localização, mas como um todo, inclusive os quartos, têm uma aparência velha e descuidada.

Nada a dizer excepto o pequeno-almoço: terrível e sem higiene!

Hotel com quartos muito fracos.Fiquei.6 dias num quarto(601),cujo ar condicionado não funcionava e se o ligassem os fazia um barulho ensurdecedor. Quarto sempre muito, mas muito quente sem hipótese de baixar a temperatura. Pedi na recepção que fossem lá climatiza-lo e nunca foram. Não recomendo este hotel. A relação preço qualidade nao condiz. Não gostei

From the moment we stepped in we were charged a "destination fee" of $11 per night. At 11.15pm while we were sleeping 'housekeeping' tried to deliver towels, we were traumatised! Very little understanding on the part of management, room was basic but needed a deep clean. I could go on, but certainly would NOT recommend this hotel...

**WARNING to INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS!!!** First- we pulled up to “valet.” The guy tells us they don’t have valet anymore despite their website saying they do. They just keep that sign there so people can park there to unload. He then told us to go park elsewhere. Second- We walked into the hotel with a family of 6 from Holland waiting, being told their credit card won’t go through. The “concierge“ kept casually telling them “oh we always have trouble with foreign credit cards.” And they did not care nor seem to have any plans to fixing this problem. Our domestic card was then coincidentally denied. The guy behind the desk refused to say their system was in the wrong. The “director” was brought in and he did absolutely nothing. We weren’t allowed in our room until they got paid..yet they didn’t seem to care. They tried the card a few more times then told us they’d magically accept cash and that we can go to the bank down the street. Absolutely insane. We had to cancel our dinner reservations because this debacle put us back an hour. We then cancelled with Shoreham. Once again, the “concierge“ and “director” didn’t care. For all I know, the nice family from Holland is still waiting. SAVE YOUR TIME AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Location is amazing. Room is small but more than sufficient (comfortable bed, really nice hot powerful shower and most of all…pretty quiet!) A real shame the gym is not 24/7 but for the price/location it isn’t a bad deal at all

Es la tercera vez que iba a NYC. Tenía claro que quería un hotel céntrico y este lo es. a unos cinco minutos de Times Square y tres de central park. Tienes cafeterías como Pret a Manger o Starbucks a tiro de piedra. También Dunking Donuts y Five guys en la puerta del hotel. Y un pequeño supermercado a la vuelta de la esquina. La habitación estaba linpia y, por lo menos la nuestra, era bastante grande. Además, no tiene la pinta de esas habitaciones clásicas (o mejor dicho, viejas) como las del hotel Pensylvania. Cambiaban todos los días las toallas y las sábanas. Sin duda, repetiría alojamiento por limpieza y ubicación.

Extremely comfortable, spacious and private. I’ve stayed here twice already and will again very soon!!!!! Suites feel like well-appointed high(er)-end 1- and 2- bedroom apartments. Quite comfortable ones, minus a full kitchen (or room service in its stead 🤨). And the price tag is not only deliciously low but all so delectably worth it. With a staff that is obliging yet nonintrusive nor interloping sanctimoniously. And they are so politely patient.

Awsome location. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms have everything you need, but the decor is a little sketch, and had a low budget 80s motel feel. Everything in the room worked as it should and the overall experience was great.

La ubicación es inmejorable, entre la 5a y la 6a y a un par de cuadras de central park. Es un hotel sencillo y los cuartos son incluso feos, pero el servicio es muy bueno, la limpieza muy bien y en general todo funciona. La ubicación y precio justifican lo demás, muy recomendable.

Excelente ubicación.Buena relación de precio y calidad. Es austero en su decoración. Habitaciones no muy grandes, pero cómodas . No posee frigobar. Muy buena la atención de recepción y limpieza.

El hotel es muy bonito, cerca de toda la zona comercial, cerca al Hilton, times square, las habitaciones amplias, las camas muy cómodas, la atención en la recepción fue inigualable, le agradecemos a Mónica toda su amabilidad.

Estuvimos alojados 10 días y fueron perfectos. La habitación espaciosa y con todo lo que se necesita, la atención estupenda, menciono especialmente a Gina, que nos trató de maravilla. Por las mañanas tienen unas máquinas de café gratuitas a disposición de los clientes en el hall y, por la tarde, limonada y pastas. La ubicación es excelente. Limpieza 10. Sí vuelvo alguna vez a la ciudad (que espero que sí), volvería a alojarme en este hotel sin dudarlo

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. El grifo de la ducha no se puede descolgar de la pared, por lo que te resultará muy complicado ducharte sin mojarte el pelo. Es un hotel 3 estrellas. La ubicación muy bien y el personal correcto.

Estuvimos a primeros de julio. Nos atendieron en español. Tuvieron la amabilidad de ponernos en una habitación a la calle y en un piso superior a petición nuestra, puesto que para nosotros era un viaje muy especial. El hotel no es muy grande y los dos ascensores son rápidos y no esperar apenas, se agradece. La habitación no era muy grande pero sí suficiente. La limpieza, bien. La decoración, bien. Los acabados y remates del mobiliario, muy chapuceros. La cama, muy muy cómoda. Dormimos excelentemente. La caja fuerte es gratis. El aire acondicionado silencioso y eficaz, con un programador que nos dejaba la temperatura ideal en modo auto. La televisión, plana, muy grande pero no se veían apenas cuatro canales, aunque no nos importó. El tráfico en la calle no es muy denso, aunque hay muchos repartidores. Los ruidos de la calle, imposibles de evitar con un sistema de ventanas de guillotina que no funcionaba, aunque no eran mayor problema, claro que también era imposible limpiar bien el cristal. Lamentablemente, no tiene minibar y se echó mucho en falta. El baño, pese a ser acristalado, proporcionaba suficiente intimidad. El personal fue muy amable incluso en el maremágnum del famoso apagón del sábado 13. Por cierto, dispone de al menos dos escaleras de emergencia, bien iluminadas en ese momento de crisis. Si bien, ningun mensaje por la megafonia fue en español. Nos ayudaron también con el transfer al aeropuerto, que dicho de paso sea, no recomiendo ni por el precio ni por el servicio. Por último, nos guardaron las maletas sin cargo hasta que vinieron a recogernos por la tarde. En general, atendiendo a la ubicación, al personal y la habitación, creo que es una muy buena opción para conocer la ciudad por primera vez. Tienes estaciones de metro a escasos metros, y todas las principales atracciones de la ciudad para llegar andando. Si volvieramos, quizá buscaríamos otras zonas menos céntricas y menos turísticas aunque, por supuesto, recomiendo este hotel.

Great location close to everything you want to be around if you're a tourist. Only two block away from central park and very close to 5th Avenue. Room is tidy by quite compact. Rooms also starting to look a bit dated. Window out to a concrete wall. Service overall very good for what we needed. Lifts system is bit confusing but not impossible to use.

Good hotel and service, nice people and the right place to tours Manhattan. We had a very nice time there. In the same quarter, the parallel street, you have a laundry shop.

Overall experience was good but the rooms are pretty small and crowded, we initially received a room with no window in the room, just like staying in a closet. They were nice enough to change it and the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast is the poorest i've ever seen in all my travels. It's not worth to pay for it.

Hotel staff was helpful and responsive. Room was large by NYC standards and I felt it was good value for the money. The hotel is showing a little wear. I've stayed here in the past and I would stay here again. The carpeting in the room can be refreshed.
