“I had the beautiful opportunity to visit the Hilton Miami Cabana for my birthday! The customer service at the hotel was great and they were very attentive to our needs. I was disappointed however that the restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. I'm guessing business is slow during the week so they didn't have it open while I was a guest. It would've been nice to enjoy the food in the hotel.
The hotel room was my least favorite if I have to be honest. It was clean but looked a little dingy. I made the best of it because it was my birthday week and I wanted to be happy but I wasn't that pleased with my room. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and partial ocean view (which i did appreciate). However the room was just not quite what I thought it would be when I looked at pictures on the website.
What made up for it, is the direct beach access from the pool. That was really nice, and a huge plus!!! Overall I would give 3.5 stars. The staff is fantastic and the location is great with the beach and boardwalk at your fingertips. Everything else could've been a little better but overall you can see I still enjoyed myself with my friends.”
