Tenho zero reclamações este hotel foi perfeito. A pessoa que nos cumprimentou no check-in foi a pessoa mais gentil e calorosa de todos os tempos! Eu gostaria de ter escrito o nome dele, ele merece um aumento. Nosso quarto (4º andar) foi ótimo parece que foi atualizado. Café-da-manhã foi bom, eles tinham máquinas de waffle, salsichas, ovos, batatas cereais etc. Eu realmente não estava esperando uma estadia tão agradável no preço que conseguimos, mas foi perfeito. É cerca de 15-20 minutos do centro de DC, que foi great.geral excelente hotel!

I have zero complaints this hotel was perfect. The person who greeted us at check in was the kindest warmest person ever! I wish I wrote his name down he deserves a raise. Our room (4th floor) was great looks like it's been updated. Breakfast was nice they had waffle makers, sausage, eggs, potatoes cereal etc. I really wasn't expecting such a nice stay at the price we got it for but it was perfect. It's about 15-20 minutes from downtown DC which was great.overall excellent hotel!

Service provided by each and every individual was impeccable. Reception desk was courteous and with smiles and very helpful. Staff exuded with positive energy. I also witnessed reception desk helping and answering others (a group visiting DC) with the same energy throughout the day when I was passing by. That means they are consistently good! Rooms very super clean. Each staff member was courteous and helpful. I have never seen this before (not just reception desk but everyone, there was exceptional positivity in the environment). I have no conflict of interest and this is an unpaid review. I felt obliged to make a note for the staff to be recognized. Highly (highly) recommended for business or family stay.

Eu aprecio isso e complemento a equipe por tentar todas as vezes que eu trouxe preocupações a eles. Eu vi várias vezes a equipe da recepção lidar com situações com os hóspedes que poderiam ter saído do controle, mas foram tratadas com boa vontade e atitude.Com isso, tivemos problemas de manutenção do quarto. Na primeira noite, tivemos um ruído de moagem do ar condicionado que causou uma noite sem dormir. Relatamos isso e foi analisado, mas não resolvido. Relatamos novamente e o ar condicionado foi substituído. Também tivemos problemas de backup de água na banheira e na pia, que relatamos, mas não foram resolvidos. Eu nunca em quase 20 anos tive que relatar problemas de manutenção todos os dias da minha estadia.Caso contrário, as comodidades e localização foram excelentes. Nós apreciamos a piscina exterior, ea área de café-da-manhã estava ocupado, mas bem abastecido e bom.- Editar -A resposta do gerente geral abaixo indicou que havia uma comunicação privada comigo e me chamou pelo nome incorreto. Up in the air about this place. Good location to airport, Alexandria, Georgetown, the national mall, it was reasonable priced. The room was big and well appointed, but the coffee table and desk were worse for the wear. Tub was old and dingy and most likely leaking somewhere as the seal around the tub looked like a five year old was finger painting. Bed looked comfy...look be the operative word. Rather lumpy and bumpy and the sheets were rather scratchy. Breakfast was good for free breakfast but there needs to be some kind of directional signs and though covid is supposedly under control there were way to many people brushing up against each other. Parking lot would feel safer for a single woman traveler if it was better lit

This is a mixed review. Staff can make and break hotels. Everyone I interacted with was polite and wanted to make things better. I appreciate that and I complement the staff for trying every time I brought concerns to them. I saw several times the front desk staff dealing with situations with guests that could have spiraled out of control, but were handled with good grace and attitude. With that, we had room maintenance issues. First night we had a grinding noise from the a/c that caused a sleepless night. We reported this and it was looked at, but not resolved. We reported it again, and the a/c was replaced. We also had water backup issues in both the tub and the sink, which we reported, but was not resolved. I've never in almost 20 years had to report maintenance issues every day of my stay. Otherwise, the amenities and location were great. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, and the breakfast area was busy but well stocked and good. - Edit - The general manager reply below indicated there was a private communication to me, and called me by the incorrect name. No one from Hilton or the general manager to this point have reached out to me, and I have not been offered any compensation. - Edit #2 - Hilton indicated that the GM had reached out to me and that has not happened to date. I have left 2 voicemails to the general manager with no callback. - Edit #3 - GM finally reached out and offered a credit. Still haven’t seen this on my statement yet. - Edit #4 - Finally received a credit on my account. Hilton also reached out to me as well for the amount of time that it took me to resolve this.

Esta será uma revisão mista. O hotel duas camas queen size e quarto era muito grande e gostava de ter a pequena área de tipo de cozinha. Com um sofá, cadeira e mesas finais e mesa de centro, com as duas rainhas ficou muito legal. O banheiro não tinha uma porta separando a sala de preparação do resto da área do quarto, isso teria facilitado se vestir sem atrapalhar o sono dos outros. De manhã, levantei-me para usar a área de treino e havia apenas duas toalhas e a área de treino precisava de uma limpeza completa. Havia marcas de suor no equipamento. I catalãs iam e informado recepção duas vezes que toalhas foram necessários e no dia seguinte ainda não; e as mulheres que trabalhavam disseram que tinham que ir à recepção para pegar toalhas e as toalhas velhas de ontem ainda estavam lá. Eu novamente informado a recepção das toalhas em falta. Saí naquele dia, então não sei se a área foi limpa ou se as toalhas finalmente foram entregues. Quanto ao café da manhã, eles definitivamente aguaram demais. Ambos os dias a aveia foi mais como sopa. Tentei um dia, mas não consegui no segundo dia. Havia muita água e usando colheres de plástico, era inútil. Quanto aos ovos, eles estavam sem gosto e, novamente, acho que eles os "regaram" também com algo que era demais. Não provei a carne, mas parecia boa. E eles tinham waffles que acabaram de mistura com sabor de morango e regular constantemente. Os cereais eram muito chatos, sem cereais açucarados, apenas os mais baratos fornecidos. Eles tinham muffins, torradas e bagels disponíveis e suco e leite. This will be a mixed review. The hotel two queen beds and room was very large and liked having the small kitchen type area. With a couch, chair and end tables and coffee table, with the two queens was very nice. The bathroom didn't have a door separating the preparation room from the rest of the bedroom area, this would have made it easier to get dressed without disturbing others sleeping. In the morning, got up to use the work out area and there were only two towels and the workout area needed a thorough wipe down. There were sweat marks on the equipment. I went and informed front desk twice that towels were needed and the next day they still weren't there; and the women working out said they had to go to the front desk to get towels and the old towels from yesterday were still there. I again informed the front desk of the missing towels. I left that day so I don't know if the area was every wiped down or towels finally delivered. As for the breakfast, they definitely watered it down too much. Both days the oatmeal was more like soup. I tried one day but just couldn't do it the second day. There was just too much water and using plastic spoons, it was hopeless. As for the eggs, they were tasteless and again I think they "watered" down these too with something that was just too much. I didn't try the meat, but it looked fine. And they had waffles which ran out of strawberry flavored mix and regular constantly. The cereals were very boring, no sugar cereals, only the cheapest ones supplied. They did have muffins, toast and bagels available and juice and milk. Someone spilled their food on the floor and I mentioned to front desk, they picked it up but did not clean the floor. The next day a liquid was on the floor and that also was not cleaned up. Not pleased with the selection or the hotel in general and have stayed at many Hampton Inns. A little more care in cleaning would be better.

Second time in six months I’ve stayed at this location and both times it was a great stay. Parking is ample; room, common areas and lobby are clean; staff are friendly. 10 mins form Reagan National, but without the higher rates you’ll find going any closer, so really convenient if you’re flying in or out of there.

A estadia geral aqui foi ótima. Quarto era limpo, a equipe foi amigável e café da manhã estava enchendo. O único problema foram os lugares de estacionamento. Eram todos muito, muito pequenos. Eu tive que entrar no meu carro e depois abrir a porta com cuidado e depois sair para que o resto do meu grupo pudesse entrar no carro. Fora isso, ficaria aqui novamente, se necessário. Muito perto do Metro e auto-estradas.

Overall stay here was great. Room was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was filling. Only issue was the parking spaces. They were all very very small. I had to shimmy into my car and then carefully open the door and then back out so the rest of my group could get into the car. Other than that I would stay here again if needed. Very close to the Metro and highways.

Quando reservei para ficar aqui, eu realmente tinha baixas expectativas devido à localização perto do Loop I495. O hotel superou minhas expectativas e tivemos uma ótima estadia. O estacionamento estava meio congestionado, mas encontramos um local perto o suficiente da entrada. O nosso quarto era muito bom e espaçoso. A única batida do quarto era a localização da TV, que ficava de frente para uma parede e para a área do banheiro. A melhor surpresa foi o buffet de café da manhã 😋. Fomos tratados com ovos de queijo, salsicha e waffles self-service (regulares e blue berry) na primeira manhã, e no dia seguinte foram ovos, linguiça de link, batatas fritas e waffles self-service (regulares e chocolate). Também havia muito café, sucos e outros itens disponíveis. Eles também tinham uma grande área de jantar que fez encontrar uma mesa e assentos confortáveis muito fácil. A localização era perfeita para acesso às rodovias e muito perto das estações de metrô e restaurantes ao redor. Também ficava a apenas alguns minutos do aeroporto, o que facilitou muito a chegada ao nosso voo de partida. Nós com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente quando viajarmos para a área de DC/Virgínia/Maryland para uma futura visita.

When I reserved to stay here, I really had low expectations due to the location near Loop I495. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and we had a great stay. Parking was kind of congested, but we found spot close enough to the entrance. Our room was very nice and spacious. The only knock of the room was the location of the TV, which faced a wall and the bathroom area...however, it swiveled so that wasn't a deal breaker. The best surprise was the breakfast buffet 😋. We were treated to cheesy eggs, sausage and self serve Waffles (regular and blue berry) our first morning, and the next day was eggs, link sausage, fried potatoes and self serve Waffles (regular and chocolate). There was also plenty of coffee, juices, and other items available. They also had a very large dining area which made finding a table and comfortable seating very easy. The location was perfect for access to the highways and very close to the subway stations and surrounding restaurants. It was also only minutes away from the airport, so it made arriving to our departing flight very easy. We would definitely stay here again when we travel to the DC/Virginia/Maryland area for a future visit.

Fiquei com meu amigo por quatro dias e três noites por Katsucon. O lobby do hotel era bem mobiliado e o quarto era limpo. As camas eram super confortáveis, também. O chuveiro do banheiro só gelava. Quando perguntamos à pessoa da recepção sobre isso, ela sugeriu dar descarga no banheiro como um hack. Isso funcionou cerca de duas vezes e por menos de dez minutos. Meus chuveiros estavam gelados, exceto por uma vez.Devo dizer que não culpo a pessoa da recepção pelo problema do chuveiro. Ela nos informou que ela era a única pessoa trabalhando, então não é culpa dela. Ela foi muito simpática e pediu desculpas por tudo. Ela se ofereceu para trocar de quarto, mas optamos por não, pois já estávamos desempacotados e chegando ao final de nossa estadia.Havia café da manhã gratuito das 6h30 às 10h00. Enquanto as opções de café da manhã eram variadas (ovos, batatas, salsichas, waffles, muffins, bagels, torradas, café, chá, etc), não havia opções veganas, exceto frutas e bebidas.O estacionamento também era gratuito.

I stayed with my friend for four days and three nights for Katsucon. The hotel lobby was nicely furnished and the room was clean. The beds were super comfortable, as well. The shower in the bathroom only ran cold. When we asked the front desk person about it, she suggested flushing the toilet as a hack. That worked about twice and for less than ten minutes. My showers were ice cold save for one time. I will say that I don't blame the front desk person for the shower issue. She informed us that she was the only person working, so that's not her fault. She was very friendly and apologetic about everything. She offered to switch our rooms, but we opted not to since we were already unpacked and nearing the end of our stay. There was free breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00 AM. While the breakfast options were varied (eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, coffee, tea, etc), there were no vegan options except for fruit and beverages. Parking was also free.

Ótima localização. Ótimo serviço. Aquecedor do quarto quebrou na última noite de estadia, na noite mais fria também. Great location. Great service. Room heater broke on last night of stay, on the coldest night too.The hotel was full because of the cheer convention, which made the breakfast experience chaotic. The breakfast food quality has deteriorated.Eggs and meats were overcooked and bland. Not sure if I would stay there again.

On the plus side, the property is relatively cheap, it is in a good location, and the staff is helpful and friendly! And that may be enough for some. However, I suppose you get what you pay for... The shower drain was slow and the toilet had an extremely delayed fill. There has been a drastic reduction in amenities, such as the previously provided hair conditioner and 2 bars of soap. Room temperature was difficult to regulate, and bedding seemed well used. The workout facility needs attention. None of the TVs worked on the machines, and all treadmills need repair/maintenance Also, it is a very cold room with poor ventilation! The breakfast choices have been greatly reduced (but is still decent).

No geral, boa estadia para o preço, ESPECIALMENTE para a área. O estacionamento gratuito foi a melhor comodidade. Curta viagem para DC. Irritantemente LONGO, e quase não vale a pena a viagem, no entanto, durante os períodos de tráfego intenso. Overall, good stay for the price ESPECIALLY for the area. Free parking was the best amenity. Short ride to DC. Annoyingly LONG, and almost not worth the ride, during high traffic times though. Maintenance staff showed excellent hospitality, ALL other staff showed none. Calm environment. Tricky entrance from the main rode.The bed wasn't very comfortable.Breakfast was a little better than grab and go.
