Fiquei hospedado por 15 dias, não tive problemas... Mas, tem uns macetes para te ajudar.Fuja de qualquer reunião que te convidarem, eles vão querer te empurrar algum tipo de investimento. E para isso eles oferecem alguma quantia para vc ouvir o que tem a dizer, só que isso vai qse o dia todo.A internet não é grátis, e fique esperto alguns dias não funciona, reclame na hora do check out, eles abatem o valor. Não tem serviço de quarto, as toalhas e roupas de cama ficam em prateleiras e carrinhos nos corredores.Dentro de cada suite possui, fogão, maquina de lavar louça, maquina de lavar e secar roupas, forno, chaleira, cafeteira, copos e pratos, TV, (tem globo internacional) o chão é revestido de carpete.

Minha propriedade na Flórida (Orlando). O melhor resort que já pude desfrutar, por isso comprei uma propriedade para passar minhas férias. No coração de Orlando, com uma estrutura fenomenal. Várias piscinas, quadras de tênis, futebol e basquete. Campos de golfe, academias, lago com pedalinho, caiaque e pesca, e muito mais. O apartamento é composto de uma cozinha totalmente equipada, casa de banho com banheira de hidromassagem e ducha, máquina de lavar e secar roupa, TV's a cabo com canais premium, DVD player, varanda, Wi-Fi e muito mais. Sem falar na qualidade dos serviços e atendimento.🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

No need to leave the resort for anything. They have so many activities to offer and the rooms are very spacious. Loved the view of the lake. The shutter service was a bit of a wait but other than that my stay was very enjoyable.

Room Is Awesome. The rooms aren't Very Soundproof which I don't really mind. Beautiful views. Only Downside is The fitness Center Closes at 4. And There's barely any parking! So If you leave the resort you might come back having to park 1 building over!!

The room was great but we tried to extend our stay one night and they were completely booked out. Forget about being able to leave to do something fun at night and being able to find a parking spot. No parking at all at night

Omg our 2bedroom suite with the balcony and jacuzzi tub was amazing. We had a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer in the unit. 2 bathrooms. The pools and Jacuzzis were extra clean. The whole set up of this resort had us planning our trips there immediately. By far our new favorite place no other resorts can compare. They have so many daily activities for everyone that you don't even have to leave the resort to find something to do.

First with the good. The room was large, comfortable, and for the most part clean.Onto the bad. There was trash left outside our door the entire visit. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that is going on in the adjoining rooms. There were other guest that were partying very loudly outside up till at least 2 in the morning with music along with what seemed to have been fighting. Tons of construction everywhere. The front office or shops were nowhere near the room we stayed in so we had a very long walk. There were passenger golf karts everywhere with no information on how to get a ride from one. Parking was a nightmare. For the price that I paid, I can not see myself going here again anytime soon and we go to Orlando often.

It allowed me a single mother of three to bringa fantasy vision to life in the middle of a pandemic. We were safe we had fun on the resort and was treated with compassion all through our stay. Beautiful view and the most comfortable bed ever Thank you

Went here for my wedding anniversary since we were a little late they upgraded us because the room availability and gave up a suite with a big hot tub jacuzzi they had everything there it was really a good time it was clean all you needed was groceries. They were on the ball because they had over 600 people there but they had little vans that would take you wherever you need to go they have restaurants in game room, basket ball , tennis cort complimentary paddle boat all kinds amenities we recommend. Parking was somewhat Limited but they do have to shuttle buses so you don't have to leave with your car. Curbside check-in and automatic checkout love that feature. We had a good time

The two bedroom villa is very spacious and feels almost like home. The fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies and utensils saves a family money. The resort activities are plentiful. This place is older however it’s well maintained. The jets in the tub didn’t work but we were able to use it as a soaking tub.

Soy dueña de uno de 2 cuartos y llegue en el día de hoy y ni dormir he podido una peste q ese olor no me a dejado dormir ni a mi ni a mi q es autista y el olor es doblemente fuerte para el, super arrepentida de haber comprado en este lugar uno de los baños no a parado de gotear agua todo el piso con agua lo seco pero sigue entrando agua y en nada me resolvieron en el hotel,es lamentable llegar de vacaciones para encontrarse con esta situación, ni descansar hemos podido

So I gave the review 2 stars. The room was very clean and the location was pretty nice being near I-Drive. These are the only redeeming qualities. When checking in, they did a drive through to allow guests to check in and told us to go to a parking spot to wait for our keys. We got our keys 30 minutes later. Since we had dinner reservations, my wife and I left before taking our luggage up to our room. When we arrived again, we went to the room that was on the slip with the keys, and the keys wouldn't work. It probably had something to do with someone already being assigned to that room. So after waiting an hour for security to show up with keys to a new room, we finally get settled in to the room, which again, was nice and clean. However, we decided to go and find the ice machine and a vending machine. Well if you find them, let me know, because I am convinced that they just simply don't have them. The next day, we checked out the pools, which had a ton of leaves in them. Also went by the hot tubs that smelled like they had so much chlorine in them that it would bleach anything. So that got a pass, and we left for the day. When we returned that evening around 11 pm, we went to our area of the resort to park. Mind you we were in the very back of the resort, to which there was no parking. We had to park in the parking garage at the very front of the resort. This is probably due to the fact that there were parties going on in nearly every single building including in the room next to ours. That lasted until 4 am. Also, security was clearly doing nothing about it, even after they caused the smoke alarm to go off. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I won't be coming back any time soon

good stay.friendly staff, lots of fun, currently part under construction, lots of games for children, entertainment for adults and the whole family, I just have to say the bathroom towels look like cover tails because they are smalls and do not fit to cover the body, and also whenI made the reservation they told me that breakfast was included and that was not true.butit is an excellent place for the whole family.and pets are welcome.. buena estadia.amable personal, mucha diversion, actualmente parte en construccion, muchos juegos para niños, entretenimiento para adultos y toda la familia, unicamente debo decir que las toallas parecen tapa rabos por lo pequeñas que son y no se ajustan a cubrir el cuerpo, y tambien cuandohice la reservacion me dijeron que iba incluido el desayuno y eso no fue cierto.pero aparte de eso es un excelente lugar para toda la familia.y mascotas son bienvenidos

I had a great, comfortable stay at Westgate! Most importantly: the staff was phenomenal. They're extremely friendly, courteous, with great problem-solving ability (I could tell they really cared). Everyone was super friendly. The suite was very luxurious and comfortable. The sales staff I should note was wonderful as well! I would absolutely return.

Péssima experiência no local. Não recomendo. Existe uma palestra obrigatória para quem foi “indicado” no sistema time share que deixa qualquer turista com vontade de chorar de descontentamento.

O hotel é bem localizado, perto dos parques, outlet e supermercados. Por ser muito grande atrai muitas pessoas o que pode ser para muitos um dificultador no atendimento e estacionamento, principalmente na alta temporada. Não dispõe de café da manhã, mas no quarto que escolhemos teve fogão, microondas e máquina de lavar. Pessoalmente o que me desagradou foi a dificuldade para achar vagas de estacionamento à noite e o grande movimento de hóspedes. No mais é um bom hotel.

Hotel com ótima localização para quem pretende ir aos parques Disney e universal. Apartamento amplos e com infraestrutura de cozinha completa, além de máquina de lavar e secar. O resort conta ainda com parque aquático interno. O ponto negativo, sempre tentarão te vender a opção de timeshare, o que faz perder um tempo nas apresentações.
