“I reserved a suite and called the day before to verify what time check in was. I was told check in starts at 1230 but to be safe they say 3pm. So get there at 330. Go to the desk to check in to be told they had problems with house keeping and no rooms were available and they didn't know when they would be. So then I ask when should we come to check in and they say they don't know. There was another lady that was also waiting and being told the same thing. So we leave to come back later. 6 pm comes around and we go to check in and we are told the room is ready and they were sorry because we were misinformed about our room as it was ready the whole time and we didn't have to wait. Was told I would get some type of discount or refund and none of that ever happened for inconveniencing me and my whole family and the room was prepaid for. Ridiculous and poor business. I thought it was the Hilton. I know where not to go next time.”

“This hotel is located in a good location, if you're looking to lodge relatively near the airport.
The staff was fantastic, nothing but good things to say about every staff member I interacted with the entire weekend we stayed.
One issue encountered during our stay were was the hot tub in the pool is COMICALLY small, rated for only five people.
The other item to call out is that the breakfast buffet was a separate paid expense and not a part of the room price, which I feel should be a bit more visible in the booking process.
I don't personally feel that the breakfast options provided were worth an additional ~$12/person, when you compare to an average provided 'continental breakfast' you may get at most hotels. There should have been more variety, considering they had a person working cooking their kitchen - no waffles or pancakes, didn't have any breakfast sausage but did have two different types of breakfast potatoes.”
