“Lovely friendly staff and a fabulously comfy bed. Our room didn’t have much of a view but we were off out so wasn’t an issue. Shower was really good with shampoo and body wash provided. Plenty of towels too. Plug points for charging devices by the bed. Breakfast was included. Kids eat free. Nice view by the window and loads of places to charge phone which is a big plus point for me. Food was buffet style and really good. City centre is a few minutes down the road Definitely recommend”

“Albeit a bit basic, the room was nice and clean. The problem was the bed and bedding. The bed itself was uncomfortable. The duvet was less than 1cm thick in the middle of winter and the pillows were lumpy and hard. Had the worst night sleep ever! The staff were lovely and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast hence why I've given 2 and not 1 star.”
