“I only have nice things to say about this hotel, from check-in to check-out, everything has just been great. The front desk person Simon was very polite and accommodating. The room was pretty spacious, clean and did not have the old smell that was common to old buildings in San Francisco. The bathroom was modern and also spacious with massage bar soap. The elevator was fast, spacious and clean. The American breakfast that came with our accommodation was pretty decent. There's an $80 refundable incidental fee charged upon checkout. We avoided the valet parking from the hotel which was $80 but still ended up paying an Event Day fee of $80 at the Beacon Parking Garage.”

“Tagged along with my wife that was attending a conference here last month (July 2022). We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Rooms were clean, comfy and accommodating. Great views of the city from our room. Front desk personnel were very helpful. Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful. Security on deck at all times, who were also friendly in handling a grubhub order placed while visiting. I have no complaints about this establishment at all!”
