“Challenging. Difficult to get to because of road construction. The main revolving door was blocked off and two of the three elevators were out of commission. The room was nice, but both the room and the bathroom were small. The bathroom was especially tight and there was no place to hang the towels! It was difficult to get to the window even to close the curtains. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches and the ability to fill out a form when we bought a few items from the grab & go downstairs. Proximity to the airport is very good. It was very quiet. Some wear and tear on the furniture. Nice that they include a fan in the closet.”

“First and last stay here. Here for a 3 day conference and the rooms were hot! The AC was turned off. They lied to some guests saying it was broken but the truth that they just left it off was more accurate. Sleep was rough in a warm room.
An elevator was out of order. The hot tub was out of order indefinitely. The shower leaked making an annoying dripping sound. Furniture throughout the hotel was worn out and or uncomfortable. In general, this Hilton is clearly sacrificing guest comfort for saving on costs to update and do necessary maintenance of the hotel. Employees are underwhelming when it comes to friendliness. Don’t stay here.”
