Luxurious and Comfortable Stay at Hyatt Regency Miami

My stay was for three nights and four days and I was extremely happy with my accommodation. From the moment I step on the property the gentleman at the entrance assisted with opening my car door and with my luggage. The check in and check out process was quick and hassle free. The entire staff (housekeeping, reception desk) were very friendly and professional. The room was large and clean. I did not have any issues with water pressure nor water temperature. I had hot and cold water. Housekeeping clean my room daily. I also had no issues with noise, my room was very quiet. This was my first time visiting Miami and the staff made it enjoyable. As a middle age female traveling alone, I felt safe at this hotel and in the surrounding area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone regardless of age, single or married or families. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Used to stay only in Marriott hotels, but recently switched to Hyatt. This hotel was much better than any Marriott. The staff here are amazing. Always helpful, always cheerful and always happy to help. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything, including the free people mover. There is "city noise" however from traffic and planes, but definitely use the white noise machine in the room.......

This is my favorite hotel in Miami. Perfect location and amazing view. Everybody is very friendly. The hotel rooms were clean as always. We never used our car. You can still go to Miami Beach with a cab for a very reasonable price, so you don’t have to worry about parking anywhere

First time staying at a Hyatt property and sadly, I’m already disappointed. Lots of issues: 1. Curtains are stained. 2. The bathroom is a bit dirty and run-down. There’s dust and the bottom of the tub has cracks. 3. Rooms facing the street side where there’s a bridge allowing big boats to come through causes so much noise. Super, super loud. Loud honks from the ships. Ticking noises from the street. Hopefully doesn’t happen at night when I need to sleep. 4. Digital key doesn’t work. Asked front desk for help and they told me to go online for help. Online told me to go to front desk. I’m just being directed back and forth. 5. Asked the front desk to see if wifi could be faster since I’ll be using it for remote work. Informed that everyone is experiencing the same and she will try to ask the engineering team. Not sure what’s going to happen. 6. Minor issue but the tech near the bed is old. I don’t think many people use the dock with the old Apple device port anymore. Some good things: 1. Lobby is very modern — such a big contrast from the room itself. 2. Location quite good since it’s right in downtown. Was really excited about my first time staying at Hyatt since I heard great things, but I’m unsure if I’ll be staying at Hyatt in the future.

Guest services were extremely helpful and accomodating. They even provided recommendations for restaurants and activities within the area. In addition, we were needing to check in earlier than normal due to other unforeseen circumstances. Guest services allowed us to do a request for an early check-in and were willing to hold our luggage for us while we waited. Our room was even ready earlier than expected and very clean! Great restaurants inside the hotel and great location!

GREAT RELATION PRICE QUALITY. Located at 5 minutes walking from Brickell City Centre this hotel has a good price considering the area and also the prices of the others hotels surrounding. Nice and safe zone to take a walk!. Around the hotel you can find a lot of food places with variety of prices. They have a mini market in the hotel with snacks, soda, water and appetizers but I don’t recommend it for daily for the prices and because right in front you can find a Whole Foods Market for everything you need, inside of the market you can find an Amazon locker too. The rooms have a good size for all your baggage and shopping bags. If you need to rent a car there’s a Avis/Budget agency at 5 minutes walking.

This is a hotel just for quick business trips. Looks very nice but the rooms do not have a microwave so be prepared to spend lots of money out for meals unless you bring sandwiches. Also there is a nice balcony but you can't use it. The balcony window appears to have been welded shut. Disappointing cause you can't go outside to get better views or some fresh hair. Parking is just more money as well. Give your car to valet for $40 a night or leave your car in the parking garage overnight for $10 a night.

I most likely got bit by bed bugs. Every morning I had new bites on my arms and ankles. Paper thin walls! My first evening 2 men next door were yelling all night approaching midnight. I asked to switch rooms, which the hotel allowed. Then I was woken up by LOUD CONSTRUCTION in the morning. The following 3 nights my new neighbors in my new room were also very loud. I only got 1 good night of sleep (out of the 5 I stayed there) without loud neighbors or construction noise. I expected more from this 4* hotel. I've stayed in nicer 2 and 3 star hotels where I got good quiet sleep and no bug bites.
