“When I arrived there was a homeless man standing outside of the entrance. I waited for valet which their website stated they offer only to call to find out that it’s only offered on specific days that was not stated on their website, I’m prompted to park in a fenced in lot across the street for $15 with no security or cameras. Check in was easy, only to discover the room was not quite as advertised as well as small glass pieces under the sofa bed. Complimentary breakfast was a joke, a muffin and a bottle of orange juice is what was offered. I understand if they change things for the current pandemic but Atleast update the website so guest are aware. I booked this hotel because I was traveling with 3 small children.. a real breakfast and valet were a MUST for us And we received neither making our stay much more difficult and stressful. Checking out earlier in the day than anticipated to find breakfast for my children and also up almost every hour of the night to check on my vehicle. When checking out the receptionist seemed very bothered by her job a very off putting attitude compared to the man (josh) I had when checking in the night before.”
