Vale pelo preço, por ser NY. Mas o café da manhã não é bom. O local do café é muito pequeno. Quartos minúsculos. Somente um elevador. Alguma funcionários pouco prestativos. Não se equipara a outros Confort Inn. A localização é a única que salva, próximo ao Central Park e Metrô.

Boa localização. Quarto apertado. Serve um bom café da manhã, mas o espaço é pequeno, então ou você espera um pouco ou prepara sua refeição e leva para o quarto.

Ótimo custo-benefício! A única dificuldade foi no café da manhã tendo em vista o refeitório ser um pouco pequeno! Trocam toalhas e limpam o quarto todos os dias! Chuveiro com água quente deliciosa, cama super confortável e aquecimento eficiente!

Hotel muito bem localizado, a vizinhança é ótima com bares e restaurantes; o hotel é pequeno (apenas um elevador) e área para café da manhã pequeno, mas o atendimento é excelente, quarto limpo e preço justo. Recomendo!

Very small old rooms. It was clean but not what you would expect from a Wyndham. Bathroom extremely small. This was probably built in the 20s. In a very old but updated part of New York. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very old quaint neighborhood of old New York. Prices were reasonable but you get what you pay for. Narrow one way street in front of the jotel. The park is close by.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Breakfast quite good. Room a little small but somehow charming. Would have liked a hair dryer. Superb location.

El check-in fue muy sencillo. La habitación tal como la habíamos reservado, era espaciosa con una cama amplia. El personal se mostró siempre disponible y muchos de ellos hablan castellano;el servicio de habitaciones fue impecable y la limpieza de la habitación estupenda. La ubicación junto a Central Park es muy buena, aunque no hay vistas al parque. Sin embargo, desde la habitación se escuchaba mucho ruido de otras habitaciones. La sala de desayuno es pequeña para la cantidad de gente, más de un día tuvimos que esperar fuera; y otros días la comida no alcanzó para la hora en que nosotros bajamos (09:00AM) y tuvimos que salir a desayunar fuera (nos devolvieron el dinero del desayuno). En el check-out nos guardaron las maletas para pasar el día. En general, la estancia fue muy agradable, pero ciertas cosas podrían mejorarse.

The location was really, really great. Very close to the Central Park and the downtown. The metro is only 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel, so you can reach almost everything in Manhattan in 20-30 minutes. If it is important for you, this is a good choice. But if you would like to stay in a good quality hotel, it is better to choose another one. The bed was good, but all of the other equipments of the room look really used, the furnitures, the AC and the windows were not so clean. The hotel has only one small elevator, so sometimes you have to wait a lot of time to get to the highest floors. The breakfast was only a basic supply in a very small and crowded place which was already dirty after the first half hour. I felt that we paid a lot of money just because of the location.

Prime location near central Park. Breakfast is free and very convenient. It's pretty good. There are several metro stops nearby. I guess they could renovate their furniture. Rooms can be a bit small.

Muy buen hotel, muy limpio, bien ubicado, y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. La atención es muy buena y el desayuno incluido es muy bueno Contrario a los demás comentarios de otros usuarios, a mí me parece que el desayuno es excelente, tiene variedad de cosas por elegir y es muy rico. la atención es excelente, el personal del hotel es muy muy amable. Sin duda este hotel es muy recomendable para estar cerca del Central Park.Solo encuentro dos fallas, la primera es el internet, no todas las habitaciones tienen buena señal de wifi. Otra cosa criticable es que todos los días me tiraban el jabón de manos y lo cambiaban por uno nuevo, me parece un desperdicio y contamina el ambiente.

Nefasto. Mi hija y su novio tenían una reserva desde hace un año, más que confirmada. Cuando llegaron a las 23:30 después de 9 horas de avión los dejaron sin habitación y tuvieron que buscarse otro hotel y todo por no tener21 años cumplidos y eso que habían mandado toda la documentación y les habían contestado con correos de confirmación y bienvenida,. Nada, la bromita 1200 euros más. Pero lo peor es llegar con toda la ilusión y verse en la calle. Cuidado, no es tan bueno como lo pintan. .

Un hospedaje muy agradable en general, si van a conocer la ciudad es muy recomendado por la ubicación, tienes el central park a menos de una cuadra y el metro igual, me gusto que el desayuno viene incluido, no es muy variado pero es bueno. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Mi hijo y su novia reservaron este hotel desde España. Tras 7.000 km de viaje. Llegaron ayer a las 11 de la noche y les dijeron que no podian entrar porque eran menores de 21 años. tiene 20 años y tarjeta de credito. NUNCAAAAAAA les dijeron nada ni en el hotel ni en BOOKING nada sobre ser menor de 21 años. Y eso que enviaron DNI los dos hace meses. Les tocó reservarse un hotel de prisa y corriendo al doble de precio. VERGÜENZA de trato desde el hotel y deBOOKING

Checked me in 40 minutes later than the supposed check in time. Saw a cockroach in the room. Refused to accommodate whatsoever. No refund after I tell them about the cockroach and tell me I have to talk with the manager. Very unprofessional and terrible service. The room was also dirty with used cup under the desk, crumbs on the ground, and clogged sink.Evelyn a front desk employee was completely unhelpful, disrespectful, and a useless person to talk to without any concern for the situation whatsoever.Nia the General Manager of the hotel was absolutely shameless with their issues and talking to customers in a way that basically implies it is what it is.The employees do not seem to care about anything as if they are entitled to this job. After reading the previous reviews and how the staff have changed so frequently over the last 5 years and especially the managers, I don't think this staff will last any longer than them either. At least the previous staff were apologizing to the people with bad experience at the hotel. The staff and hotel is a complete joke, do not waste your time and money.

Typical overpriced low quality NYC hotel. Tiny, decrepit, and minimal amenities. The already-cramped hallways are further inhibited by laundry carts and service items. Since there is only one tiny elevator, you have to use the stairwell, which smells like cat urine. The room itself is so small there is no room for a chair. The TV is jammed into a corner of the room so you can only view it from a very specific angle. There is only one dying light bulb in the room…not even bright enough to illuminate the tiny space. The bathroom doors do not close all the way, nor do they lock. The air conditioning system doesn’t work, so it was replaced by an extremely loud and inefficient window unit. This review does get 2 stars because the toilet flushes and the bed is comfortable.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero para descansar y bañarse unos días están bastante bien, durante nuestra estadía el elevador dejo de funcionar y muy amablemente en recepción nos lo comentaron y nos dieron la opción de cancelar sin costo o seguir la estadía cobrando únicamente la tarifa sin impuestos, la cuál tomamos,el desayuno en verdad es completo y bastante por lo que se paga de la habitación, ofrece café, té y agua todo el día, la habitación super limpia, el personal sumamente amable, en cuando a la ubicación, es perfecta, sobre todo si es tu primera vez conociendo la ciudad. Creo que por lo sé paga es un hotel bastante bueno dentro de la zona

Experiencia desagradable, el ascensor no sirve y estabamosubicadas en el piso 9, el telefono del cuarto no servia, las llaves se desactivaron y no tienen una persona que en una emergencia las active, nos toco pasar la noche en otra habitacion, sin nuestras cosas personales, el aire acondicionado de este cuarto tampoco servia sentimos mucho frio equivocan las llaves y en el supuesto cuarto que primero nos dieron para pasar la noche, por el problema de las llaves, ya estaba ocupado, es decir suba y baje para que nos atendieran. La ayuda vino de las personas que mantienen aseado el hotel. Lo bueno la ubicacion. No lo recomiendo

Positivo: Hotel com um ótimo custo-benefício. Ótima localização, em um ótimo lado residencial do Central Park. Próximo ao metrô. Café da manhã muito bom com comida à vontade de waffles, café, pães, ovos mexidos, salsicha, iogurtes e muito mais!Negativo: Ficamos por 2 noites e em 2 dias o elevador quebrou por 2 dias seguidos e ficamos em um quarto no 10° andar. Os quartos são pequenos e o corredor que leva para os quartos são uma bagunça.

The location was great (right next to Central Park), but the room was not very clean, and we found a large cockroach on the wall above the bed in the morning.Luckily the elevator was broken so we avoided the $30 hidden charge! 9 flights of stairs was a good workout.The room was small, but not too small. We had to put a shim in one of the drawers because it wouldn’t close. There was some weird orange goop on the tv remote.

Caro para el servicio que dan. Lo mejor la ubicación. No lleven cosas de valor, nos desapareció una consola de juego retro y no se supo más de ella. Hablan español, servicio agradable. Desayuno escaso y faltaban cosas la mitad de los dias

Won’t be saying here again. I arrived after paying online, where I was promptly charged an additional fee with no clear explanation given as to why.Upon arriving to my room, I was shocked to see how small the room was. The room was smaller than a single occupancy college dorm. The halls and rooms felt extremely claustrophobic with barely enough room to move around.One of the drawers in our bureau was perpetually open and refused to stay closed. Our bathroom had no soap. The room was stuffy and hot despite it being the dead of winter. So many problems, will not be returning.

This is a prime location hotel, near everything you may need during your stay (2 min from the BC train or 5 from the red line). Extremely friendly and thoughtful staff, and with a reasonable price...
