“Great staff and Hotel. Pet friendly. We did evacuate and brought our pets. Our pets did well. Restaurant was very good. Dog park was nearby. A convenient location.”

“This was our second stay at this hotel in Reno due to the insistence of our teenage son. For this stay, we booked a club level room, which came with breakfast in the lounge and drinks/snacks at night. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Lupe in the club lounge. My son likes the rock climbing gym on the second floor (bouldering inside, walls outside including I think one of the tallest attached to a building). The famous Reno sign is also right off of the balcony for the outside climbing walls. The cafe on the first floor has good food. The hotel is very dog friendly, and there is a dog park a half block away. My husband likes to golf and there are several courses close by. My son and I like to swim in the river at Wingfield Park two blocks away (the whitewater slides are fun to go over as well). Many restaurants close by. The only real con for staying here for us is the slow elevators. There us no staff elevator and the stairs are for emergency use only, so the elevators are very busy and you must use them even if going down one floor.”
