We had a very bad experience i this hotel. The air conditioning does not cool down the room and internet is all over the hotel very unstable and mainly not available. What upset us most was the behavior of the receptionist Francesco who tried to convince us that we did not know how to deal with the air conditioning. On a second occasion when our room was not cleaned, the receptionist Alessandra gave as another room. Later that evening, Francesco argued with us that it was our fault again. It was a bitter discussion on something that had already been taken care of. From this moment on, my daughter and I avoided the most to step through reception if he was sitting there. It was really stressful. I really regret to have chosen this hotel for vacation in my beloved Sardegna.

Very nice and quiet location. The room is simple but comfortable. Good breakfast. But the person at the reception is not able to give any advice regarding what to do, to visit in this area.

The hotel is located on top if hill which makes the view from it beautiful and gives a feeling of being isolated on remote place. We only went there for the restaurant and the food is just amazing. Growing their own products they always have a story about each ingredients in the plate. The staff is really kind and always helpful. The rooms look amazing ans we will definitely stay there next time. Beautiful swimming pool in the center to relax after a warm day. Flowers is also important to mention as there’s plenty everywhere and well maintained. Highly recommended for exclusive experience

If you are looking to relax and escape from busy touristic places you are in the best place in Ogliastra. Surrounded from the Santa Barbara mountains Hotel resort Orlando offers you the right ambiance and atmosphere. The food is delicious and well presented. We tasted all local and traditional dishes and our palate was amazed. Thank you very much for the lovely experience much more above our expectations. Very grateful and see you again next year.

Strange out of the way place. Service was good. A long way from anywhere, if that’s what you like. Restaurant was over priced, although food was good. In May every where locally was closed, 35 mins to anywhere worth visiting.
